    Making the sales process easier with GIS Solutions

    DVG was asked to improve business processes by increasing operational efficiency and improving the understanding of the sales operations and data.

    Approach

    DVG’s approach to deliver against this assignment includes design and implementation of an enterprise geospatial information systems (GIS). The GIS system used geospatial data and tools to understand and analyze locational data.

    Results

    The results gave DVG’s client the ability to make informed real-time decisions through geospatial analysis and visualization tools that are used to create maps, visualize data, and allocate field sales staff to retailer doors.
